What is your service area?
Answer: We typically travel within a 30 mile radius of Portland. As we grow, we will be expanding our service area. If you are outside of that radius, contact us. We do make exceptions!
I've contacted you for a bid, what now?
Answer: Typically we will be in touch very quickly. We will ask, when will be a good time for us to meet with you at your place of business. When we meet, we will ask for a tour of your space and learn more about your specific needs. We will come prepared with all the questions we will need answered and will be ready to answer any of yours as well. After we leave your business we will prepare a professional bid and have it to you typically within 24 hours or less.
How do you determine how much you will charge for cleaning?
Answer: Each account is bid on an individual basis. We recognize that no two businesses needs are alike. We bid not only on the time we estimate it will take, but for the detail of the clean as well.
Who are your ideal customers?
Answer: We love working with locally owned businesses such as banks, credit unions, non profits, operations centers, computer based companies, public buildings and much much more.

Please note, a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, cell phone and, a CLEAN criminal record are a must for all positions.
Does your company clean residential properties or camps?
Answer: We only clean commercial properties. We are dedicated to focusing our time on one category of cleaning.
